There are now numerous options in Zurich for enjoying home­made gelato instead of indus­tri­ally produced popsi­cles. Since Gela­teria di Berna opened its first branch on Brup­bacher­platz in Wiedikon in 2017, the situ­a­tion has changed completely. The supply of ice cream in the city of Zurich has liter­ally exploded. The orig­inal from Bern (founded in 2010) convinces with always new creations and mean­while oper­ates three large and three small ice cream parlors in the Limmat­stadt.
