Using local and seasonal products, the crew conjures up Asian-inspired dishes that can be ordered and shared as a multi-course meal.

A selected range of natural wines completes the exper­i­mental cuisine of the talented young chef Beni Landolt. The multi-course dishes to share, which are also avail­able in a vegan version, are enjoyed in the casual but atmos­pheric restau­rant near the Lochergut.
