An architectural eye-catcher, roots Münstergasse in the middle of Zurich's charming old town is another location of the restaurant with the plant-based offering.
Since 2015, roots has been celebrating plant-based gastronomy in uncomplicated, modern surroundings. The restaurant on Münstergasse impresses with striking metal and mirror details, naturally warm furniture and fabrics, and a brute concrete look. The interior design comes from the Swedish design studio Specific Generic. The food offer includes freshly prepared bowls, smoothies, sandwiches and comfort food of the finest quality.
