The diploma project presents a concept for functional clothing in a recyclable mono-material. In order to guarantee production from only one material, the first cut parts had to be newly developed in the prototyping process. Furthermore, an innovative welding process with the help of ultrasound is used: the individual cut parts are then joined with welded bands. The resulting line patterns give the sportswear an aesthetic recognition value and thus combine circularity with an interesting look.
